I have not received my Panama... the hat was replaced by a book and the merchant doubts my honesty instead of looking into where the malfunction comes from and refunding me

As proposed, a new shipment following the return of the carrier will be made.
Furthermore, as indicated during our exchanges, we do not have books in our warehouse and working as a family, we do not steal our own merchandise.
This indicates, on the contrary, that we are looking for the malfunction to understand where it comes from and to avoid it happening again.
Finally, according to the photos, the location of the hat is clearly visible, one can see the shape of the crown exactly as we pack them during our shipments.
There is therefore a malfunction that is being verified by the carrier.

I am satisfied with my purchase. The only downside is that I ordered on 21/05/2025 with a delivery time announced of 3 to 4 weeks. Immediate order confirmation but no further information until 28/07 (the day of my departure on vacation). Effective delivery on 15/07, a week after my return from vacation. I would have liked to be informed of the delivery delay. The day before my vacation, I had to buy a hat!
