I am very disappointed!... Not serious I sent an email when I placed my order to report a discount that was not taken into account for a response asking me to confirm the code but impossible since the order is made so the cart is at 0 I immediately sent an email specifying it but I could justify the email received offering the discount but could not send it as an attachment due to no response on the contact and waiting to receive an email to send the letter no response from them.
In our email, we simply asked you to send us the discount code you received in order to validate it.
To date, we have only received your email asking for this discount.
However, we need this code to validate it.
Finally, regarding the delivery. The order was placed on Saturday, January 11, it left on January 13, that is, Monday for delivery on Wednesday at your pickup point and it was received on Friday.
