Beautiful range of products, original and regularly renewed. Impeccable order tracking. The only downside is that navigation on the site is a bit sluggish.

The site should provide measurements 58/59 and the cap received is 59 so a bit big, not too happy especially for a gift
Navigation on the site without any problem. However, the delivered product did not correspond at all to the order made, I had to contact Traclet's service to rectify an unacceptable error on their part and return at my expense (30€) a cap paid 95€ that did not correspond to the quality and price of my initial order. This is almost akin to an attempt to abuse the customer..
The error was explained and we do not understand the noted message.
Indeed, the product was indeed the right one; Sherlock cap but instead of a leather lace, it was made of fabric.
This was due, as explained by phone, to the fact that the manufacturer changed its lace finish (this does not affect the quality of the product)
Furthermore, when ordering, you had ordered a size 56 cm and you indicated that you wanted to change it to size 57 cm.
Consequently, we proceeded with the exchange in the desired size.
Finally, you indicated having paid 30 euros for return shipping.
Please send us the mode of transport used because even in particular, we do not pay that much for a shipment.

I bought this enlarger for a hat ''Indiana Jones'' purchased at the Traclet store. - The item is of very poor quality (chopped with an axe?) made in China. Consisting of 2 half-spheres, which leaves a mark on the hat. The hat being slightly conical, it would have been wiser for the enlarger to also be conical. - When trying to spray a little warm water (with a sprayer) the ink from the ''traclet'' stamp ran on the hat making a nice black stain! - Incomprehensible that Traclet could sell this kind of item absolutely not suitable. We were used to better!!!
Can you please indicate the reference of the Indiana Jones hat you ordered from us because we cannot find it.
The item has been made in the United States for over 20 years.
For the conical shape, it is not as shown in the photos.
In the case of a conical hat, you would have needed to take another enlarger.
Finally, regarding the ink, the enlarger is not made to have water because otherwise the wood will warp.
