Crushed complement and I had asked to take care of the packaging!!! A hat or potatoes here in Indonesia is the same!
Please excuse us, we do send hats in double corrugated boxes but we cannot send them in boxes because otherwise the transport could not take place.
In the case where the package is crushed, it is preferable to refuse the package because we pack them well with tissue paper but we cannot ensure that the product is not crushed.
It would have been good to note the carrier which in this case is Chronopost and not DHL because we do not work with this carrier. Indeed, it is not our fault if the carrier does not take care of the package because apart from sending it in boxes, we cannot find more resistant packages.

I was very happy to find what I was looking for at chapellerie-traclet, as the hat I ordered was a replacement for a beloved hat that I had for over 10+ years and which I lost over the holidays. Order placed on the 17th, arrived on the 24th in the morning while the delivery was supposed to be 48 to 72 hours. Delivery on Christmas Eve was quite a scare and the drop-off location was not the one I requested?
