But maximum delivery time of 72 hours not respected: order placed on December 20, shipped on the 26 and received at the parcel relay on December 30! And without any tracking information or apology for the delay. It was a Chapka gift for Christmas for a child leaving on December 27 to Lapland.. So return to sender with a request for a refund of the item and shipping costs in progress so to be continued..
