I just received my hat! Bad surprise: Not the same color, not the same band, not the same interior, nothing to do with the photo on your site. Very unhappy. (Not the same model). Traveller Dundee Felt Loden Hat - Aussie Apparel. Reference: 12804. I doubt it comes from Australia!

Indeed, the flat cap has been sold for 10 years in our hat shop in Roanne and to date we have not had such dissatisfaction. And for the caps of the Bards brand, we also sell them in-store at 4 rue de Cadore in Roanne and our customers as well as the children who wear them are satisfied with their quality.
It is therefore very interesting to understand the issues encountered with the caps in order to relay this to our manufacturers.

I ordered twice from this company and I couldn't be happier! The site is easy to navigate, the prices are fantastic, and the quality of the hats is really good. I bought a cadet cap the first time and I was so satisfied with the material, quality, and fit that I ordered 4 more in different colors! I found nothing similar in the UK. Everything was made cheaply in polyester (I need cotton due to allergies) and twice as expensive. I love these hats and I will definitely order again from Traclet hat shop. 10/10
The delivery time is relatively long, but I am satisfied with my purchase which perfectly meets my expectations.

The hat was too big. The return process went perfectly. However, the return postage was at my expense at full price. Ideally, the return should be free to ease concerns about sizing. At a minimum, a negotiated rate between Traclet and a carrier that the customer could benefit from. It cost me €12 to try on a hat. That’s too expensive and I will think twice before renewing the experience. Best regards, William
