Second delivery a few years apart, still satisfied
The site, the choice, the payment, and the delivery are good. However, I am annoyed by the stupid concept of the 'one size' hat, a hat must have a diameter! What to do with a hat that falls over your eyes! Out of 4 hats ordered, only the 'one size' hat turns out to be way, way too big. I just got tricked and now I have to hassle to return it. So factual waste in terms of time, money, ecology. It's useless.
