it's normal since you changed size and we had to order them.
We cannot send a product immediately when it is not in stock.
We are sorry if you decided to change the size of the products and we did not have them in stock.
It's not nice because we had to order them for you.
It would have been simpler to choose the right sizes and then we would have ordered them for you.

I was very happy to find what I was looking for at chapellerie-traclet, as the hat I ordered was a replacement for a beloved hat that I had for over 10+ years and which I lost over the holidays. I had just about given up on finding the same hat, in fact, but then got lucky with chapellerie-traclet...and I am considering ordering a second...as backup. 🙂

Order placed on the 17th, arrived on the 24th in the morning while the delivery was supposed to be 48 to 72 hours. Delivery on Christmas Eve was quite a scare and the drop-off location was not the one I requested?
