Very serious company, delivery as announced without issues, responsive customer service. However, a small downside regarding navigation on the site: not easy unless you are experienced to make the 'compare' table appear. Otherwise, overall very satisfied with the products (well described, specific, and not easy to find elsewhere) and with the order in general.

Not very responsive. Too slow for exchanges. Free exchange, but return at your expense. And 3 weeks after the return still nothing in sight. On the phone, I am told that it is in progress. Moreover, when ordering, the item went from available to 'in restocking'. In short, if you know what you want, and you are really sure of the size, go ahead, otherwise move on.

I am not satisfied because on one hand I had to contact them to receive my order and on the other hand I was not satisfied with my product which I found neglected. When I sent a message with photos, I was told that they found the received product to be compliant and expected. I simply notice that I have quality requirements that the Traclet company does not have. It's a real shame.
