Hello, Fast delivery and neat packaging but ... I ordered size 61 because my husband wears size 6& for years (I checked his head measures exactly 61 cm) and I received a cap that is way too big (I measured it, it is 63). So we will return it but ... at our expense and with apprehension of not getting the right size back because we wonder if it's a size issue or just a label issue

The item does not match the description, it was supposed to be fully lined with 100% acrylic fleece which is not the case. Unfortunately, having worn it because I did not see the problem right away, I can no longer return it. If I had not followed up again to get a response, I think that at this point I would still not have an answer. This is the second time I order from you with 2 major problems each time.
