Long-time customer and satisfied until now, I am very disappointed this time. More than 2 months of waiting, promises of receipt of goods and shipping not kept, no callbacks as promised, not a word of apology and finally, sending a hat that does not match the order, but 'looks like the one ordered' (according to Traclet). Result: I have to return the hat at my expense! As said on the phone, Mr. Traclet, why did you not inform me of this before shipping?? It would have saved me costs and this very, very great dissatisfaction. Did you think I was stupid enough not to realize your trickery?! I do not congratulate you.

But I thought that during our phone conversation you understood our issue and I explained to you why we delivered this model to you.
We are trying to find a solution to deliver you a similar product and as I indicated to you, the current house has closed and we only found this solution. This hat model was similar and of quality too but it is true not identical to 100%.
As I proposed to you, I will make you a credit note or a refund of your shipping costs. Having received the hat on Saturday, I did not have time to take care of it, please excuse me.
