Too bad because refusal of shipment in HT for La Réunion

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The HT is not refused. Like all well-rated sites, you need the postal code and the country.
You had chosen
97438 Sainte Marie
France (outside Dom Tom)
You should have changed the destination country. That's why you paid VAT.
This has just been changed on your account.
Best regards

Very long shipping times, poorly made hat, as if rushed by production. Avoid!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, the order was placed on August 15, unfortunately, the post does not take packages on August 15 as it is a holiday.
The order left on August 16.
Regarding the quality of the product, what quality of straw do you want?
Indeed, we have been selling this product for over a century for Toulousaines who are part of an association.
But if you want a finer straw, it is possible to develop a higher quality.
Best regards
