Very good quality but the images do not show enough of the reality of the products, as a result, I ordered the wrong hat. Roar.

Many model choices, but photos are not always very informative, also the choice of sizes is a bit difficult to understand. Otherwise, pleasant navigation and easy ordering.

Friendly and available person at the phone reception for changing the color of the hat, poorly evaluated on the order site. The new hat was received less than a week after my call, and the return of the initially received hat.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
In the case where the box does not smell good, it will be complicated for us to make a comment.
Indeed, can you send us photos to see if there was a spill of perfume or product on our box during delivery.
On our side, our boxes are made in Roanne in the Loire and none emit a smell that could be unbearable, especially since they are stored in our workspace.
Best regards
Traclet
