Conforming product

Despite a postal mix-up for delivery, the hat shop ensured

Following a misunderstanding about the initially purchased model, and explanations with a manager, I appreciated the very professional responsiveness of the latter. I am very satisfied with the follow-up and the model received.

Nothing to say, order shipped quickly, incoherent postal tracking, but that's the Post's fault.

A clear and well-designed site

Fast effective compliant a fabric cover would have been welcome

The site is very good, however I pay 10€ more to be delivered in 24h by TNT and for a package that fits in my mailbox and at worst there is a caretaker who receives all the packages I find myself having to leave my job on December 23 to go pick up the package in an industrial area where we were 3 people looking everywhere for the famous BLUEDISTRIB very poorly indicated. Bad delivery experience however the hat met my expectations.

Very pretty and well made however the white part was not very clean and had slight brown gray marks (probably dust) and the golden seams of the visor are not well aligned. Otherwise nice cap.

The nightcap received did not have protective packaging. It was just placed in the delivery envelope. Given the price paid, this is the minimum because when it's for a gift, it lacks. The product seems to be of quite good quality. To be seen with time.

Very well made site, the choice is easy. For delivery: nothing to say, the alpine hunter pie, which reminds me of good memories, was carefully packaged, well protected, and the cherry on the cake, the hat shop took care to include a gift wrap, just in case. I highly recommend.
