Aside from receiving the package in poor condition, the ordered product met my expectations.

As with the last order, I think the item should be placed in plastic and then in its final packaging. This is to protect the product from humidity or water (during the previous purchase, the packaging had been wet...). For the rest, I am fully satisfied although as a precaution I took one size down. Be careful, the caps from the Stetson brand are larger than the winter ones from the same brand.

Good products. However, a remark regarding email contact: 1/ I did not receive an email when the product was available again 2/ upon receipt, I asked a question to which I did not receive a response (how to fix the slightly warped edges of the hat due to transport).

Traclet is a very good online shop. If I ever need a new hat, I will come back to you. Delivery very fast. The site is presented in a really clear and easy to navigate way. There is plenty of information on each product, which makes the experience even easier. I am totally satisfied.
