This order must be the fourth on the site, the only one I am not satisfied with. I returned the item within the week because it is much larger than usual (same size choice as the brand though). Moreover, I must say I don't like the cut. Lastly, the condition of the package upon delivery was damp and quite damaged. Blame the delivery person and not the Chapellerie/Traclet. However, there was a missing plastic inside to protect it, I think. Way too many products are out of stock and have been for weeks, which is regrettable. I still keep my confidence in your site, but I am forced to look elsewhere as well. Best regards.
