The delivery was longer than expected and the hat in the package was slightly bent, due to insufficiently solid protection during transport as the package itself was also slightly deformed on one of the upper edges. I placed the hat on a stand and it quickly regained its shape.

Meh! I had trouble registering, the site completely froze, I had to call Tacle (very friendly and patient person) but nothing appeared on their end. I restarted my registration with another address I think, finally I was clever, and then my registration was triggered! It's annoying when you come across sites like this, it's rare fortunately, but know that I almost gave up the purchase.
