Everything seems OK
I had ordered 2 long night caps, one black and one white, for my son for Christmas. He received a short cap and a long cap. After reporting it by email and phone, I was told they would correct this mistake by sending the long cap with a return slip for the short cap. We are soon in February and my son has received nothing. He even went to the Post Office to ask. Nothing and no news from Traclet despite my phone call saying that my son has received nothing.

Excellent quality cap, arrived quickly. The only remaining size was a bit large for me so they kindly sewed a large grain on the inner perimeter at no extra cost and the final result is perfect and the size is just right! Impeccable customer service, a big thank you to you!
