I have purchased hats and caps several times, and I have always been satisfied whether for Stetson or Taclet items. The quality of service is also perfect.
The lower plastic finish and uncomfortable feel for a cap of this price was not up to par despite a month of waiting. We will see how the return goes, especially since no cash refund is apparently planned.

The hat is of good quality and corresponds exactly to what I ordered. However, the delays are very long. By ordering it 3 months in advance, the hat only arrived 4 days before my wedding, causing stress and frustration.
