Everything was perfect.
Aesthetically this item totally met my expectations, but it was too big. Its head circumference was 58.5cm, instead of 56/57. I returned it on the day of receipt, Friday 13/12/24, requesting an exchange for a size 'S'. On the phone, I was told a delay of 9/10 days as it was being restocked.

Here is what I can tell you about my purchase. I ordered a navy blue headband Haute Savoie that I received according to this order but the hat was supposed to be navy blue with Haute Savoie embroidery as well but I received a white hat. I will keep it to give as a gift but I regret this mistake.
