I measured precisely as indicated on the site the size of the closure and the clip was still too small, result I spent 9€ for nothing

Unfortunately the ordered product does not match I have to make a return but it's my mistake, otherwise I find the principle brilliant.

Your products are great, but it's hard not to make mistakes in slider widths... I've already made mistakes twice despite the clear explanations...

I sent back the zip 3B-2 ten days ago because despite the measurement taken on your pattern it seems I need the 5B-2, and so far I haven't received a response.

Very good idea for easily repairing defective zippers. Perhaps a system should be found to easily choose the model to order, the one on the site is not very clear.

Very good site. Taking measurements on my boots under a thick rubber edge did not allow me to choose the right reference. Upon receiving the sliders, a size index of zippers to scale, attached to my order, allowed me to see that the necessary dimension should be smaller: could this index not be printable from the site? I returned it and am now waiting for the new sliders
