The site and explanations seem clear, but the sizes offered do not correspond to the reality of the existing closures.
Very disappointed after 2 orders.

The slider broke after 2 months, and as a commercial gesture, the shipping cost of 2 euros was refunded.

Hello, we are sorry for this bad experience, very few of our customers give negative feedback on the quality of the slider. Unfortunately, since the 15-day period has passed, we can only cover the shipping costs as a gesture.

On my first order, the zip worked very well on a light jacket, but this time, for a motorcycle jacket, the zip did not withstand the second use. useless and broken zip!! and since I removed the original one, the jacket is to be thrown away... I am furious
