It's perfect simple and fast! No need to know how to sew to simply repair a zipper whose slider is broken. Nothing to disassemble and easy to set up.

This is not the first time I buy from them, no issues so far. Unfortunately, during the last order, the zip was so small and closed that the provided pull tab was unable to open the zip; resulting in the use of a screwdriver to try to open it which broke the zip...

Delivery by post was very fast. Thanks to Clip and zip I was able to save my jeans whose zipper of the fly had separated. Easy to install.

Very practical and simple to make a choice. I printed the paper sheet to be sure of the right width of the slider.

Very well-made website, order shipped quickly. The sliders are sturdy, I am delighted to have been able to repair my backpack. However, I had purchased another size 3BC slider in this order because it is the most commonly used size 3, which is not easy to measure. Unfortunately, it is not the right size and exchanging a partial order is impossible. Too bad! I wrote to customer service to still find a solution, I am waiting for a response.

The slider does not engage both sides of the closure together, even though it is the right model and the right size. I have to press on it every time, otherwise the zip does not close. Disappointed with the product.

I referred to the measurement described on the site and in doubt I ordered 2 sizes (3 and 5) for a metal zipper and obviously it's the 4 that is needed and they don't have it!

Easy-to-access site. The size reference guide is a good idea, however regarding the slider ordered using this guide it did not work despite several attempts, the zipper remaining in the open position. The slider eventually broke so money spent for nothing and negative experience.

The contact was nice - but unfortunately the replacement sliders do not work. Since the return is at my expense, I had bad luck twice and paid a lot of money for nothing. Too bad!
