Customer reviews of clip-zip.com

Order received to repair a sleeping bag

Product conforms to the description and is easy to set up. Delivery time respected

Within an hour of placing my order (on a weekend) I contacted customer service by email to tell them to cancel my order because I realized it would not be suitable. No response, delivery made in an unusual timeframe for a colissimo. So I do not recommend at all.

Hello, I have never received a response to my sent emails

Choice of cursor, perfect payment and delivery modes.

Zipper works perfectly, easiest installation, zipper could be successfully revived. Individual pieces are rather expensive though.

Great service and a very practical product to repair zippers.

The product could not be opened with the plastic wedge, and a small lever broke off while closing.

very expensive material and of poor quality

Great

Very happy, I was advised and refunded for the unsuitable product

I sent something back but still haven't heard anything, neither a message nor a refund

everything fit perfectly !!

Broken cursor at the opening

Perfect, works... Allows to keep a sports bag whose closure had broken

Good product tracking

Very happy with your system and very ingenious

Fast delivery, easy application

Ultra practical in one click it's repaired a bit expensive but up to the measure of troubleshooting!

The assembly was relatively easy, but the zipper does not work properly. It keeps opening below the zip.

I was skeptical whether it would work, but I am very satisfied. Good description, fast delivery and worth its price. Thank you.

Prompt delivery, understandable explanation

Everything was perfect

I wrote an email to you a week ago that I received the SEPA, a large black one and a small silver one. The large black one did not open with the small red spacer that came with it. Therefore, I gently tried with a small screwdriver, unfortunately, the clip broke because the hinge was not easy enough to operate. I am absolutely not satisfied with the quality and would like to return it. I also wrote that but have not received any feedback so far. I am hesitant to even open the small silver one because it is also so hard to open. I am afraid of damaging it as well. I would prefer to return both and get my money back. I find this an incredibly poor quality for the price. Sorry, I am sorry. I was very happy to find something like this at all, but I am more than disappointed to spend 18 € on it. For two SEPA, one already did not open and broke, and as I said, I am hesitant to even touch the other one. I am very disappointed.

The slider worked very well. I am very happy with your shipment, very fast and serious

I took into account the advice regarding sizes before ordering, and easy installation thanks to the manual. Quick shipping, I recommend this site

Corresponding item, delivery without problems, I recommend
