I called before placing my order. I spoke to a gentleman, very nice. Order placed at the end of the morning and sent the same day. Perfect.

Hello, I have a problem. I ordered an extension for the heating device but I received a USB extension on both sides. I will have to return it. However, the humidifier is very good. Best regards

Very satisfied with this heating mask with thermostat which, in addition to providing relief for my eyelids, allows me to treat blepharitis as indicated by my ophthalmologist. Thank you to the creators of this mask :)

Well received, well packaged, this mask is very easy to use and provides a soothing sensation with the diffused heat. We'll see over time what it generates and its duration.

Hello, satisfied at 65% since I don't hear the beeps that invite us to blink (the beeps are too high-pitched and blend with my tinnitus). Is it possible to modify these sound beeps to make them lower? I also have a question, I wanted to call you but in vain 3 times. What are the frequencies to do this 12' treatment exercise? Best regards. Laurent Iglésias [email protected]
