I give a rating of 4 only because I suggest that it would be relevant as an area for improvement to suggest the simultaneous purchase of the heating mask and the battery. It has been almost 15 days since I started using the product and I am beginning to see very beneficial effects. I thank my ophthalmologist for prescribing this product and thank the seller for the speed and quality of this heating mask, which is very pleasant.

Very happy with the heating mask but not with the battery because there is no explanatory notice and I don't know what all these plugs are for. I had a hard time using it and I even went to buy an additional cord that is useless to me!

For now my opinion is average, I bought it on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Small practical tube, does not run. At first the ricil did not sting me, but by the end of the day red eyelids. I will try again later.

I took the USB44 mask with the lotion and cotton and indeed I managed to get rid of dry eyelid problems. Easy to use, more convenient with the extra battery if you don't have a socket nearby
