Great racket, but too fragile, played only 1 hour and damaged in 2 places on the flat surface. So dead racket, I'm switching to another racket! Too bad…

Package arrived late, upon unpacking the plastic around the racket handle sticks and you have to damage the grip to remove it. Moreover, at the first game, the racket makes a strange noise during hits... Nevertheless, customer service is reachable and attentive to various remarks.

Perfect. I had not received my package so I sent a message, I always got quick and effective responses. My package had been delivered but I had not picked it up in time so as soon as received by the sender they resent it to me and I received it quickly. I am very pleasantly surprised. A big thank you to Esprit Padel

Very well-made site (the comparator is great). Lots of choices and good prices. I don't give 5 stars because the choice of delivery service for the DOM is extremely expensive. I paid 65.90 euros in shipping fees (not counting the taxes that need to be added, which is normal). So I paid almost as much for the racket as for the fees and taxes. I will only make a purchase again when the delivery service is something other than DHL. Note: For a racket (375g) I had 44.90 euros in shipping fees at the time of order. Then I had to pay 21 euros in
