Order sent quickly, correct packaging. However, a 10% increase in my usual order means this will probably be the last one.

Response from Europe Incontinence
Hello Sylvie,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for highlighting the quality of our preparation and shipment.
We completely understand your disappointment regarding this price increase. To be honest, this increase reflects that of the manufacturer which we had not passed on until now, absorbing costs as much as possible to keep our customers for as long as we could. We regret having to align ourselves today, and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again despite everything.
Best regards,
Your Europe Incontinence team

This time my packages were grouped in the same locker, well done, only one downside my orders from June 2026 and August 2026 have increased the product by 1€ per pack of 14 diapers.

Delivery speed and compliant with the request. Just don't choose locker as the package is very large and tall. I couldn't get the box out, had to destroy it on site. The delivery person must have really forced it to fit in the locker.

Reception too long and non-discreet packaging, which would be the minimum, especially since my order was delivered to a pickup point instead of the locker I had selected.
Translated reviews
Response from Europe Incontinence
Hello Hafida,
We apologize for these inconveniences, both regarding the delivery time and the choice of pickup point.
For the issue regarding discreet packaging, we invite you to contact our customer service by email, indicating your order number. We will then be able to verify the situation.
Regarding the delivery to a pickup point instead of the selected locker, this is unfortunately an issue related to the carrier, independent of our will.
We sincerely apologize for this experience and thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Europe Incontinence

Simple, ultra-fast delivery as always, perfect packaging, multiple payment options including PayPal for me. Delivery via Mondial Relay with a choice of drop-off location. Everything is perfect!! I recommend Europe Incontinence. I am a regular customer for my daughter, who discovered this brand through Cdiscount and now I order through their site.

I recommend this site. I made a mistake with my order and didn't choose the right diapers. The customer service was serious and responsive, and I was refunded without any problem. It's reassuring to see that this is a serious and honest site. I will continue to order from this site.
