On the same day of your order on 25/05, we contacted you by email to ask you to verify the compatibility of the safety net, as it was not the same as your previous trampoline order. We never received a response from you regarding this email, just a few months later an email asking where the delivery was. We apologize for the slightly late shipment in early July. Happy with our purchase. We bought the trampoline several years ago. It is used almost daily and we needed to change the mat. That is done. Thank you for allowing us to have spare parts long after the purchase.
