delivery quite fast during the COVID period. Impossible to reach you by phone but that is normal given the period. This led to an error on my part regarding the order. Didn't have time to make a return because too many professional activities. Otherwise, the quality of the products is there.

Very fast delivery despite COVID, quality product, the children are delighted. It's a shame that the recommended 8% slope for cable installation is not indicated on the site in the product description; I couldn't install it where I had planned. On the other hand, I noticed a small defect on the multi-strand steel cable, one of the strands is folded over itself for a few millimeters. I hope this won't affect its longevity (I took a photo). I would have liked to make a complaint to have it exchanged but the children were too impatient...

Trampoline delivered a few days late. Problem with the jumping mat: one strap was damaged and gave way after a few minutes, at the level of the triangular attachment that connects to the spring. The mat was changed quickly, without a message, little note, comment... But it arrived quickly and without hassle :-) ... We also ordered a cover, and it is already quite delayed!!! :-(

Inadequate bolts for safety. Threading too poorly machined. I replaced them with car joint bolts. And for the installation manual, make more efforts. In short, stop diversifying into leisure or make a big effort.
