Delivery time too long for us. We had to call the transport chain several times. The product is of good quality and is satisfactory for now.

Excellent product for training a gymnast. A trampoline more efficient than the classic "leisure" one, certainly much cheaper but if you are looking for a good bounce for gymnastic jumps this one is perfect. Very good finishes, you can really see the quality of the product during assembly, the safety mat is very strong, the reinforcements, the foams are protected from the elements, which guarantees it will last for many years.

Delivery worked super, assembly was easy with video (YouTube), the assembly instructions are not always completely clear. The trampoline has been standing for a day and the first impression is great. Kids are definitely totally happy and the size is super.

They are very professional, I ordered a trampoline and due to an error on their website it said it had a ladder, I claimed it and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and sent me the ladder at no additional cost. So far the bed is going great.. very happy with the treatment and service.

Order placed in a short timeframe and package received as expected, I thought a lot before making my purchase on a 4.30 trampoline and what decided me was: the quality of customer service, the availability of spare parts, the know-how of the company, the reviews on the internet about the quality of the products. I have been setting up the trampoline for 4 weeks now and I would rate the product 8/10 objectively because a small downside would be the padding that surrounds the mat which tends to slide inward and this will probably be due to the kids sitting on it. Thank you.

I received my new mat and the kids are very happy (the old one was tearing after 5 years of use by the kids. I cover my trampoline every year from 31/10 to 30/03 approximately and we have always respected the maximum weight guidelines). One negative point, after receiving it I called France Trampoline to find out if there was a method to easily remove the springs, I was told: "there is no miracle method, you have to pull on it"... In fact, there are 2 methods, certainly not "miracle" but very simplifying: the first consists of pulling on a spring with a spring already removed, this seems to be the most effective tool, the other, if like in my case your mat is ruined, consists of cutting the attachments of the mat to the springs with a cutter....

Delivery on the scheduled day. Top quality material. Much better designed overall than basic competing products. A bit more expensive than others but for much better design and quality material. Assembly instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. All this deserves to be said because it doesn't happen that often for online purchases.

Good product but lacks protection to avoid damaging the trees... The sand braking system not provided is also not clear on the website. A shame for a quality product and from a company specialized in the field.

Very happy with the product (Apollo sport 400) despite the complicated assembly. The parts do not fit together properly, you have to use a hammer a bit. But once finished, you forget everything and have fun.

Great. After searching forever for a replacement for our storm-damaged trampoline roof, I stumbled upon this one. I bought it without further consideration. It arrived super fast. The box was quite crushed - but fortunately the goods were top notch. I was more than positively surprised. The roof gives a very stable, high-quality impression. I can't say anything about durability yet. The roof is perfect for us. The setup was doable with 3 people. Some skill is needed, but afterwards you are rewarded with a nice roof. The only thing is that rainwater could drain better. It collects in small pockets. It does drain somehow, but could surely be avoided with a small structural change. Nevertheless - I have already ordered a second one and stored it in the basement.
