Perfect timing, delivery matching the order well. However, I regretted that we could not contact the delivery person to agree on a date. I was not home during the delivery. Fortunately, neighbors were able to receive my package. Having the carrier come back: a waste of time and money.

Good reception on the phone and helpful advice for making a choice. Respect for the delivery deadline (however, I paid for express delivery following the technician's advice). Good product quality, easy assembly. Now to see over time, as it's a shame the protective cover is not included, it could be provided at no extra cost!!!

A priori satisfied with the quality of the product, but we will have to wait a few years to see how it ages. (The trampoline is disassembled and stored during the first frosts and reassembled in spring).

Very good quality trampoline, easy to assemble (plan to assemble it with two people though), order delivered quickly but the delivery appointment is between 9 am and 5 pm... and the boxes were damaged, fortunately without damaging the trampoline.

Very good quality trampoline, solid and reassuring. Assembly is easy, but you should plan several hours (about 3 for the oval). Only downside: the carrier did not contact us before coming to the house... Fortunately, he was able to return 2 hours later and we managed to be there... But that doesn't take away from the seriousness of the trampolines.

very satisfied with the ordered item (trampoline cover) but had a problem with the delivery person, unreachable online because the site was down; and impossible to contact them to choose a delivery date. However, France trampoline that I contacted by phone was very effective in reaching the carrier and passing me to them on the phone. Thank you France trampoline.
