once again the best! I ordered a trampoline 6 years ago! Very good quality trampoline, has spent all winters outside (with a tarp) and has withstood the mistral! After 6 years and many jumps the mat finally broke, but I ordered a new mat and off we go! (you just have to install it and it's a bit hard but with several people we manage!)

I was pleasantly surprised to be called to confirm the correct dimensions of the ordered mat. The jumping mat arrived quickly, well packaged, and the size was correct! Great, my son is having a blast...

The quality of the product seems to be very good. A downside regarding the assembly instructions, not always very clear. Another downside regarding the delivery service... Despite the appointment made (you have to be present for a whole day, between 8 am and 6 pm), the package arrived a day late... at the wrong address where I happened to be!!! Moreover, the package was very damaged.

My teenage children wanted a trampoline. I was still hesitant about what is sold in supermarkets. I needed a trampoline strong enough for us parents to enjoy too! I searched online for trampoline manufacturers and came across their site. By asking around, I realized that people I know had ordered from France Trampoline and were very happy with it. So I placed my order on Friday night and received it on Thursday morning as agreed when ordering. Today my children and we parents are very happy with the laughter. Compared to what is sold in stores, there is no comparison! In terms of safety and durability... I do not regret my purchase at all. On the contrary! The assembly is very easy. Honestly, in terms of price, the quality far exceeds the price. I highly recommend this choice to those around me.

I regret not being able to make my purchase online with the Internet; I had to call by phone and then give my credit card details orally; which is absolutely not secure!!! Moreover, only one of my items was shipped very quickly; I had to call after a week for the rest to be sent!!!

Delivery within the deadlines, product meets our expectations. The only downside is the anchoring kit; the system that allows tightening the strap is too fragile and does not secure the whole. This is a pity, as the rest of the kit is reliable.

The carrier was supposed to contact me before delivery to arrange an appointment. No contact was made. Delivery was made to a neighbor...! Big lack of trust if a future purchase were to be made.

Robust material and generally well designed. The instructions could be more explicit to avoid assembly errors (orientation of the legs, direction of the net, etc.). The lower attachment of the net to the springs is a disaster (the attachments break one by one). I managed to secure all the attachments with a cord that goes around under the spring area.

The charming seller on the phone took a long time to find my customer file and must have an outdated computer system or does not know how to use it well. He informed me perfectly and advised me perfectly. He told me that I would be delivered in 1 week and when I called back after 1 week, he told me he would send me the carrier's phone by email and ultimately made a mistake and sent me the phone number of the France trampoline switchboard.

Excellent value for money. High-quality product (a competing product of 4m20 has only 90 springs, here for the 4m30 there are 230 springs). Instructions need improvement for the ladder and anchoring.
