Lyo as I call it, is: Quick in order preparation. No mistakes in logistics. Never disappointed by the quality of their products. They know how to find customers but especially how to keep them! I highly recommend. So much so that I sent a thank you email to the Lyo Team.

Equipment as described. But the packaging arrived damaged and the box of the stove was torn on both sides as if someone had tried to open it.

Response from Freezedried & Co
Hello,
I am glad that the equipment is as described, despite the condition in which the packaging and the stove box arrived. This is not normal, I will pass your feedback to our team so that we can be even more vigilant about the protection and sealing of packages.
Thank you for your understanding.

"Five stars well deserved! Beyond the speed of delivery of my order which was a Jetboil Flash, it is the exceptional quality of their customer service that impressed me. Following an oversight on my part to apply a promotional code, the team showed great understanding by accommodating my request. They were under no obligation to make this gesture, but they chose to prioritize customer satisfaction. A team that listens, human and truly commercial. I recommend them without hesitation!"
