A gift is slipped into the parcel. This object is useless or even ridiculous. No doubt there are other small, inexpensive and useful items you could offer.

Thanks for your comment, the 600ml collapsible bowl can be used to measure the water to be added to a bag of freeze-dried food, for example. It's practical thanks to its small size and slips easily into a backpack for a hike. Sincerely yours, Team Lyo

We bought this product from you, but the food is lukewarm after 4 hours. Under the lid of the thermo, there is no seal at the base, as we don't have one.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We invite you to contact our customer service (team[at]lyophilise.com) for further information on the use of the Valira food box. We recommend that you fill the bowl as full as possible, so as to minimize air entrapment. If the volume of your meal does not exceed half that of your food box, you can use the second container to fill the void. It's also important to add hot water about ten minutes before putting in your meal. The meal must also be very hot when you pour it into the can. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Despatch from business was within 24 hours, accompanied by advice note and tracking number. Items were well packaged, with eco friendly paper wrap, and all arrived perfectly intact. There was a delay, but I am ignoring that because a) it was due to LaPoste, b) we are in the middle of a pandemic so allowances must be made, c) the team members were all pleasant and responsive when I contacted them, even offering to send a new package if delay went much longer. I look forward to shopping with them again for next camping trip, when that becomes possible. Merci à tous!
