Despatch from business was within 24 hours, accompanied by advice note and tracking number. Items were well packaged, with eco friendly paper wrap, and all arrived perfectly intact. There was a delay, but I am ignoring that because a) it was due to LaPoste, b) we are in the middle of a pandemic so allowances must be made, c) the team members were all pleasant and responsive when I contacted them, even offering to send a new package if delay went much longer. I look forward to shopping with them again for next camping trip, when that becomes possible. Merci à tous!

The products certainly have their good points (caloric/energetic), but the taste varies between 50% good, 30% edible and 20% disgusting. Thanks all the same for these product suggestions (choice of a vegetarian parcel for several days).

Thank you for your feedback. Please don't hesitate to let us know, by return mail, which recipes convinced you and which you wouldn't recommend at all. Even if tastes are different for everyone, these elements may lead us to change the pack. If you wish, we can advise you on a wider vegetarian selection for a pack adapted to your preferences next time. See you soon. The Lyophilise & Co team
