My order arrived within the announced time. The ordered items were in perfect condition. Placed in a slightly large box, the items were not cushioned in the box, however, no damage to report.

Impeccable package, a bit long shipping despite Chronopost, however it’s the sales so understandable, very well done site since its redesign

Almost perfect, however when I called during service hours for information about the order, no one answered the phone knowing that I was within the hours.

I ordered several items on the website, fast delivery respected, some items didn't fit me, as I was going to Paris, I took the opportunity to return them in person. The refund was processed. I took the opportunity to buy another item but once at home not having checked the box, it was not the right model that was given to me.
After contacting the store, I just had to return the item since I don't live nearby and reorder on the site.
Understanding and welcoming staff who have no issues with returns/refunds.
Real-time stock is a real plus.
Special thanks to Erwan.
