I paid for an expensive option to receive my order the next day before 1 PM... It arrived a week late. My messages went unanswered and without explanations! Very disappointed, for a customer who until now was very regular...

We can always improve but advising me at 1:30 am on a Saturday, you set the bar high! I have known this shop since I was young, I hope you will prosper for a long time, well done!
