I ordered several items on the website, fast delivery respected, some items did not fit me, as I was going to Paris, I took the opportunity to make a return in person. The refund was processed. I took the opportunity to buy another item but once at home not having checked in the box, it was not the right model that was given to me.
After contacting the store, I just had to return the item since I do not live nearby and reorder on the site.
Understanding and welcoming staff who pose no issues for making a return/refund.
Real-time stock is a real plus.
Special thanks to Erwan.

It's a shame there isn't a size guide with body types and the size worn by the model

Very good price overall and items matching the order.
Delivery fees too high to Belgium.
Order preparation time before shipping relatively slow (1 week) due to the sale period.

Hello
I ordered a pair of size M gloves from the brand 686
It was not indicated that the chosen model is a women's model.
As a result, they are too small for me.
I ordered online to avoid going out and I will ultimately have to return to the store to exchange them for a men's model.
