Hello, the products in WEB exclusivity come directly from the supplier and not from our stock depot, that's why the delivery time is extended. Moreover, with the May holidays, it didn't help with the carriers who were closed on those days. Best regards

This is the second time I order from Hawaiisurf, and both times I was charged and then told that the product was out of stock and they would proceed with a refund. The refund is well established but the disappointment of not having the item is also there.

Your order was placed on May 4th and validated on May 5th, the package left the same day.
You made a return that we received on Tuesday, I have requested a refund, it will be validated by our management at the end of the week and you will be refunded on your credit card used for the transaction.
I do not see where we had a communication issue or an error.
