For years, from a purchase at a market in Sauves, a wonderful medieval village in the Gard. We're not just in an online shop here. This is real life.

Hello Maya,
I'm sorry to hear that we weren't able to satisfy you :(
We clean our jewels so that they shine, but we can't really know if the customer prefers jewels that are more or less white or patinated, more or less shiny or matte...
As for the finish, once again I'm sorry if your rings have imperfections. We're talking about craftsmanship here, and each piece of jewelry is handmade without the use of molds, so each one is unique. There may be imperfections, and sometimes we miss some of them...
Don't hesitate to send us an e-mail and request a return if necessary.
Have a nice day, Anaïs
