I am extremely disappointed with this insect-based food purchase. I chose three different varieties, with different tastes and insects, and all of them, without exception, turned out to be inedible. My child and my dog could not accept them: the texture is very unpleasant and the taste is hardly bearable. I now understand why physical stores in Paris have stopped selling this type of treat.

There are many stores that sell our products (Nature & Découvertes, La Grande Epicerie de Paris, some Fnac outlets, gourmet shops, etc.). It is possible that you did not appreciate our products; personal tastes are not debatable. However, to say that the taste is hardly bearable seems extreme to us. Fortunately for us, our other customers seem quite satisfied with our products, with over 90% satisfaction rate.

It is always a pleasure to test Jimini's insect-based products. I hope that one day, prices will drop a bit to benefit as many people as possible. I tested the Granola this time and I was not disappointed. A slight inconvenience nonetheless, the expiration date indicated on the package is 29/03/2025 while I received my order around April 29, so 1 month discrepancy. Since these are cereals and thus dry products, I think there is no problem but I wanted to point it out (I will have to finish the package quickly).
