Very satisfied. I had never tasted insects. I have significant digestion problems and I am delighted to discover that insects digest easily. I took crickets, mealworms, and crickets. I plan to take mealworms again (no taste but nourishing) and crickets taste like potato chips, however, I will not take crickets again because it's annoying to have to remove the wings. Insect taste natural because I do not digest spices. The delivery was fast.
