Quality product. Shiny stainless steel, cut perfectly to size. After removing the protective film, some stains do not come out with water. How do I wash and maintain a stainless steel credenza?

The cuts are perfect, and the price is right too. So far, I have nothing to complain about, and I recommend that anyone who is hesitating should go for it (not too quickly, though).

The website is really practical and easy to use. The dimensions are respected. I had a jig made for a router to cut louvers in shutter jambs, and the result is impeccable.

I ordered a stainless steel credenza. I knew perfectly well that it was cut to size and that I had to glue it to a support. The site is presented in such a way that I had understood that this credenza would be delivered with its special glue cartridge and installation instructions. But no glue and no instructions? The answer from customer service: this kit is delivered with certain credenzas.

I haven't had time to install the brushed stainless steel plate yet, but it already looks just right.

DHL is extremely mediocre. Good information at first, then no information on the website about delivery tracking for 5 days in Nantes".

The John Steel cutting service is excellent. On the other hand, the quality of the delivery service is mediocre: DHL subcontracts to Chronopost, which twice in a row states that it could not find anyone at the delivery address (which is not true, of course the deliveryman never calls the telephone number given in case of a problem). In the end, the parcel has to be collected from the Chronopost warehouse.

The deliveryman did not follow the instructions at all. When I placed the order and then on the delivery company's website, I indicated that I wanted delivery on a Friday and this was not respected. I was therefore absent and the delivery had to be made to my neighbor.

The delivery time was too long and not in accordance with the commitment. I had to call customer service several times and they gave me a new estimate, which was not respected either. I think an 8-day delivery time is too long: you need to improve your manufacturing responsiveness.
