Delivery of the parcel complicated, because there was not my name on the parcel this during by force of instance is goodwill, I managed to see my good.

Product as expected. Fast delivery as advertised. No worries.

Several orders and I'm satisfied, the work is always so clean. Once there was a problem...a little email explaining the problem and it was solved within 24 hours by a new manufacture.

Super efficient

I ordered an anti-trace aluminium hood base and to be honest, the finish is perfect, the cut is meticulous, I'm very satisfied, but the delivery was a horror. The dpd carrier forgot to indicate my name on the parcel (he indicated the name of the relay point). So I contacted customer service and they replied within 5 minutes.

Hello. I went to the retailer to pick up my order but he couldn't find it. He had opened a package thinking it was addressed to him. Finally, I was given my purchase, which had neither my name nor my address on it. So I received an open package. I wonder what's the point of filling out a whole request for information, especially for a 1st time buyer. Very very disappointed.
