Fast production and shipping, but delivery problem with TNT (parcel not received, problem not explained on tracking site).

The parts ordered were not as well made as usual. The requested holes were only pointed, and the aluminum was of poor quality with a mediocre surface finish. I was a little disappointed with this order, although I've always been satisfied with your production.

What would be nice is if, once we'd finished the cutting plan, the plan could be visible on the site, or sent by email for confirmation, that would reassure us about the dimensions we've provided.
