The product is very well finished, I just regret the price of shipping / the lack of collection from a relay point.

Delivery A little excessive for some parts. A tracked envelope would suffice.

Excellent Very professional

Used the service twice. If the first time everything went well, I had to wait more than 15 days for my parcel the second time. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my parcel was being looked for, and then nothing happened until I received it.

Great online service, but I only gave it 4 stars because the file transfer site sucks, the choice of metal shades is missing, the prices are too high and to qualify you need a monthly basket that's out of reach, too bad. But we're fans of the service, so let's hope it gets even better in the future.

I'm used to receiving the goods d+1 on my previous orders, but I had to wait a week. Unreachable on the phone, I no longer recommend using John steel services.

Part conforms to dimensions but received slightly deformed. I had to straighten it. But as it's not an aspect piece, it wasn't a real problem.

The website can be improved. Memorization of material and thickness with DXF is desirable. The ability to share projects would be appreciated.

Impeccable service and product, but limiting the choice of delivery to DHL results in very high delivery costs...delivery to a relay point would be much more affordable...

The system is easy to use. For professionals (with an ALSACE TOLERIE account), payment by invoice instead of by credit card remains to be modified. The only point that hasn't been perfected to date is the referencing of orders, with the need to enter an order number that isn't included on the BLs.
