Perfect, apart from a few knocks on the parcel which slightly distorted my cut-outs.

The system is easy to use. For professionals (with an ALSACE TOLERIE account), payment by invoice instead of by credit card remains to be modified. The only point that hasn't been perfected to date is the referencing of orders, with the need to enter an order number that isn't included on the BLs.

I ordered a rectangular sheet with a round inner cut-out. The piece is impeccable. The packaging is very efficient for transport. The delivery time was as expected. I recommend the site. Small suggestion to the seller: Offer a more complete editor for more complex projects (we don't all have AutoCad).

Delivery tracking in English, plus 6 days to deliver. Customer service: following my concern about the delay in delivery, I contacted customer service who were supposed to call me back, but I'm still waiting.
