The delivery time was too long and not in accordance with the commitment. I had to call customer service several times and they gave me a new estimate, which was not respected either. I think an 8-day delivery time is too long: you need to improve your manufacturing responsiveness.

I'll just have to think about making the plan editor more flexible... it finds too many errors. Thanks NT

No comment. It sucks and no commercial gesture. Site not explicit at all. Y a BCp mieux.

The order is simple: a large rectangle. The dimensions were respected. The delivery was very good, the driver made an appointment and the plate was well packaged. The only small remark is that a serial number is displayed on the plate, which I can live with as it's still a metal plate, but it would have been nice to have been informed.

One sheet had suffered a small deformation during transport, undetectable before unpacking. Despite my best efforts to reduce it, it is still visible.

very good and very fast Whereas the metalworker next door to me took 1 week to provide me with a quote, in the meantime, the John Steel order had already arrived (and for less...).

The site is so well designed, and the delivery and delivery times are in line with the order, that I didn't need to use customer service. I would recommend John Steel to friends.

There's nothing wrong with the work done by John Steel. On the other hand, the choice of service provider for delivery to a private customer was deplorable. DHL lost the first shipment. The second shipment, prepared by John Steel, took a week to arrive, as DHL does not deliver to relay points and requires a signature. DHL didn't understand that I wasn't at home during the day... :-(
Product ordered on Monday, delivered on Saturday. Very protective packaging. Very good quality product. Very good

I ordered a 3 mm thick rectangular aluminium plate, which I received promptly, and I was happy to go and place it, but I noticed that the piece was not flat, the 2 sides were raised...I contacted the after-sales service, which explained that this was the result of the laser cutting and that I should have used a thicker plate IT'S WRITTEN NOWHERE ON THE SITE since then no more news. Delivery almost twice as late as promised, and only because I pointed it out, just an apology because there's work to be done... Then, when the parts didn't arrive, because I'd misread a measurement, which they recognized was possible, their only gesture was to give me a 10% discount on a price that had been increased by 40% on a new order. Commercial sense? In short... Not cool...
