I paid 24 euros more to get the plates as soon as possible, but it wasn't like that. I received them last Friday; I had already left.

I ordered 2 aluminium plates. On each piece, the 2 faces have fairly deep scratches. I'd need at least one clean side to make an amplifier front panel.

Response from John Steel Published on 07/03/2025

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment regarding the scratches on the plates. However, it is important to note that the raw material you have chosen is delivered in its natural, untreated state (information on the product sheet). This means that it may present imperfections, including scratches of varying depths, depending on the condition of the plate at the time of dispatch.

This material is mainly intended for uses where aesthetics are not a priority, and it is indeed possible that one side may be less clean than the other.

We remain at your disposal for any further information you may require, and thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
john Steel.

I am very satisfied with the services of John Steel. Before I placed my first order, I went to Trustpilote to see what people had to say about this company, and that gave me confidence. And I can confirm that I wasn't cheated! What's more, I like it when communication with a salesperson is top-notch, which has become rare these days. In any case, this wasn't my last order from John Steel. Keep up the good work. Fulfilled as shipped in super packaging, super fast and the material received, very very pretty and clean!
