Contactable by phone to give advice it is very appreciable and very kind. Well packaged item. Good value for money. Please note that for custom sizes, the dimensions are taken from the center of the shape to be perforated. Would recommend.

Very good pre-sales service, available and responsive. Fast shipping, very solid packaging. Machining as per DXF drawing, some machining remains to be deburred (8mm raw aluminium).

Very disappointed with my order. The piece arrived in a very poorly protected (open) bag. The level of workmanship (detail, care, cleanliness) really leaves a lot to be desired for such a price.

My opinion is that it's a remarkable company, the only small concern is that there are a few scratches (I understand that it's fragile to handle at this level).

The time slot provided by Geodis was not respected and I was not informed that the driver would not come. I called Geodis who told me that they did not have the parcel on the local platform (I confirmed the slot proposed on the site the day before). The parcel was delivered later without me being informed and was left on the premises of our site, on a sidewalk. It could have been stolen.

When I ordered, I made a mistake on the dimensions, and was immediately informed by an advisor. No problem with the refund for this first order, I didn't have to ask for anything.
